Care-free Cancellations & Rebooking

Our care-free policy means that you needn’t worry about your plans changing due to unexpected circumstances. Your booking is safe with us. Our free cancellation allows you to get a full refund. And our rebooking doesn’t only apply to changing the date of your trip: it also allows you to rebook yourself on an entirely different trip for similar value if you change your mind.

For regular cancellations, no matter the reason:

Tours: free rebooking & cancellation up to 48h in advance (exceptions below)
For added protection on our day trips you can buy our Super Safe Insurance, allowing you to cancel up to 6 hours before. You can add it when checking out.

Day courses: free rebooking between 21-14 days in advance. Free cancellation up to 21 days in advance. (exceptions below)

Overnight: free rebooking between 60-30 days in advance. Free cancellation up to 60 days in advance. (exceptions below)

Exceptions: this cancellation policy does not apply to trips falling under the categories listed below. For more information contact us.
