Satisfaction guarantee
Wild Earth AB offers a satisfaction guarantee for customers joining their excursions, meaning that if a given customer is not satisfied, a 100% refund will be given. Our satisfaction guarantee is only valid for bookings made directly with Green Trails and not through any platform, agent or partner.
Restrictions
The guarantee is subject to limitations, and does not apply when the (partial) lack of customer satisfaction is due to
- misleading descriptions or photos by any source which is not Green Trails.
- any circumstances which are not experienced during the actual excursion itself, including but not limited to website experience, email / phone contact or booking process.
- any ungrounded expectations which can clearly be discarded by the information provided by Green Trails, or information found anywhere on www.thegreentrails.com
- circumstances that cannot be controlled by Green Trails, including but not limited to weather conditions, situational traffic, or the behavior of other participants during the excursion.
- the product or activity as booked could not be carried out as described. In this situation an alternative departure, voucher or refund will be offered according to the customer’s preference.
- the customer not being aware of logistics, in- & exclusions or other information regarding the product which the customer had booked that are to be understood from information provided by The Green Trails, or anywhere on www.thegreentrails.com
